Solid quality, slow delivery

I bought an insulated lunch bag and a stainless steel bottle. The quality of both items is quite good for the price. The lunch bag keeps food cool as advertised, and the bottle feels durable. Shipping took a little longer than I expected, around 10 days to get to California. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the tracking, which was a plus. Overall, a good experience, but they could probably speed up the delivery times a bit.

Returns were pretty straightforward for me. Just follow the instructions on their site. Had to pay for return shipping though, which kinda stinks but is common.

Does Eco Chic ever do free shipping to the US? Or is it always a set fee?

They have free shipping over 30 pounds, but that's within the UK. For international, there's usually a charge unless they have a specific promo running, which is rare for outside the UK.

I've never seen free shipping to the US from them. Always had to pay the shipping fee. It's usually not too bad though, depends on how much you order.

They're UK based so it'll take a minute. Expect at least a week, probably two, for it to hit the east coast. Not super fast but worth it.

Chilly's is more for drinks, right? Eco Chic lunch bags are good, but I'd say they're more for keeping things cool for a few hours, not like all day super cold like a proper cooler.

I have a thermal coffee cup from Eco Chic and it keeps my coffee hot for ages. I imagine the lunch bags are similar. Not sure about 24Bottles comparison specifically though.
